The Niche Zero coffee grinder is a single dosing grinder with stepless adjustment and 63mm Mazzer 0191C conical burrs. The reason I bought it is because it's designed for single dosing and punches above it's weight in terms of particle uniformity.
Try loosening the anti popcorn disc off or removing it. Beans get stuck in there. Otherwise grind coarser and increase the dose 1-2g.
